NATIONAL SUCCESS FOR OUR JUNIOR PLAYER

The Sport’s Future was on display at Taren Point Bowling Club, Sydney, N.S.W. 29/9/17 to 2/10/2017 at the 2017 Australian Under 18 National Championships.  Congratulations to Stephanie Clarke on winning Silver in the Girls Singles and Girls Pairs with partner Grace Maloney from Arthurton.  With an overall total of 23 medals, South Australia made history by ranking 2nd overall in a headlock with Queensland.  Full details of all results can be found on Bowls Australia Website, including Steph’s singles final on Facebook

Stephanie Clarke - junior lawn bowlerMAY 2016: Encounter Bay Bowling Club is thrilled with the success of one of its junior bowlers.

Stephanie Clarke (pictured) won the Girls Under 18 player of the Year Award at the 2016 Bowls SA Awards Night.

In April Steph won the SA Girls Under 18 singles and the Girls Under 18 pairs with Lynsey Trenorden from West Lakes Bowling Club.

The Encounter Bay Bowling Club gives a high priority to junior development.
